Company / A-Ware Air Systems is a service oriented organization.
We are committed to providing our customers with fast, efficient
response to service requests at a reasonable cost.
With a broad range of spare parts, the company supports its
own system base as well as the pneumatic tube systems of other
manufacturers. Also, a staff of experienced technicians is
available for responsive support on all post sale needs, including
troubleshooting, maintenance and user training, preventative
and corrective maintenance service, telephone “hot line”
support, and modem assistance on select systems. We can tailor
a variety of service contracts to meet your exact requirements
and budget.
The company also maintains an in-house “test and training”
facility for technical education of maintenance personnel,
product evaluation and periodic follow-up instruction. This
is a service usually provided only by large system manufacturers.
