To meet and maintain this goal, it is our policy to operate
and maintain an effective quality assurance system.
- To maintain the well being of the Company and its employees,
it is necessary to obtain, and maintain, the confidence
of new and old customers. Such confidence can only be earned
by the quality and performance of the goods and services
we provide.
- The Management of Airtube Service Company / A-Ware Air
Systems, is firmly committed to quality assurance procedures.
Therefore, besides those having special responsibilities
within the quality system, each employee is responsible
for implementing requirements within his/her area of operation.
- Quality is not a naturally occurring phenomenon. It must
be attained and generated. This requires substantial and
sustained effort in setting and continuously improving standards
of design, manufacture, service, and installation and in
a rigorous adherence to such standards by all.
- A formal Quality Manual is an essential part of these
requirements and the procedures defined in it are mandatory
to all personnel. Compliance with these requirements depends
upon properly trained personnel at all levels, and training
needs are continuously monitored and deficiencies corrected.
Management and Supervisory staff has the authority to make
decisions with the scope of their responsibilities.
- The Technical Manager is entrusted with the overall authority
and responsibility for the quality assurance system. When
major problems or differences of opinion cannot be resolved
within the organization, these problems shall be brought
to the attention of the owners for resolution.
